Still hangs on the 9.3

Ok, so I was hoping that maybe the new update would provide a fix. It does not. I have the game on a galaxy, and it works fine. So Im wondering, when are they going to actually debug the hanging?
Fun game though on the Galaxy, but Id like to use my iPad a whole lot more.
